Music Usage Guidelines
Welcome to KINQS's music usage guidelines
General Usage
Our music is available for use across major platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and Instagram. When using our music, proper attribution is required - this includes crediting both the artist and label through their social media links, along with providing the original song's Spotify link. While we maintain a no-takedown policy for videos using our music, we utilize Content ID for copyright protection. This means your video may receive a copyright claim from KINQS.
Content creators maintain their ability to use and monetize content. To have claims released, please forward your video URLs to licensing@kinqsradio.com. The release process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Important Note
Please be aware that this usage policy is exclusive to songs released under KINQS Release. As a music promotion channel, we feature music from various sources - any music not officially released under KINQS falls outside the scope of this policy.
Claim Situations
- Insufficient Credits:
Claims will be applied if proper credit is not provided in your content. Resolution: Include complete credit information in your video description. - Multiple Existing Claims:
Claims will remain if your video has existing claims from other copyright holders. This policy exists because multiple claims affect revenue distribution - when other parties claim the content, they receive revenue that should partially belong to KINQS.
Resolution: Clear other existing claims first, then submit your video URL to licensing@kinqsradio.com.
Credit Requirements for YouTube
Your video description must include:
- Official Purchase & Streaming Links (iTunes/Spotify)
- Artist's Social Media Links
- Label's Social Media Links
